Planning Specialist II

Key Responsibilities

• Create rolling month Master Production Plan for designated products
• Perform supply demand analysis quarterly
• Co-ordinate delivery commitments on sales orders
• Liaise with customers and manage expectations
• Develop inventory targets and manage production
• Maintain finished goods inventory and critical buffer stocks
• Project finished goods inventory levels quarterly
• Coordinate with Production to execute Production Plan
• Monitor actual output versus Master Production Plan
• Review sales forecast with business manager monthly
• Timely reporting of key business metrics
• Support Management meetings to review service levels and performance
• Become proficient in IFS ERP system

Requirements

Education

3rd level Degree (Supply Chain Management and Logistics preferred)

Experience

5 years in Master Scheduling and Inventory Control

Required Skills

• Managing manufacturing processes
• Productivity and efficiency measurements
• MRP / ERP systems experience
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Detail oriented
• Highly organized
• Strong communication and presentation skills
