Key Responsibilities

  • Support CRHESI's knowledge sharing activities with academic and community partner organizations
  • Develop tailored knowledge mobilization plans
  • Ensure knowledge sharing strategies are congruent with CRHESI's desired role on projects
  • Facilitate initiation of and involvement with newly developing projects
  • Develop and support relationships between partners in their knowledge mobilization efforts
  • Coordinate CRHESI's role and that of its members in achieving key outcomes
  • Support administrative functions of CRHESI
  • Prepare knowledge mobilization plans in consultation with producers and users of research-based knowledge
  • Conduct community-based facilitation, needs assessment, and knowledge sharing
  • Initiate and sustain relationships with community-based non-profit organizations, persons with lived/living experience, and/or government
  • Publish research-based outputs online and in other venues using various strategies
  • Prepare and maintain websites and social media accounts
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion
  • Plan and convene events on and off campus
