Key Responsibilities
- Teach international students in WELC programs
- Create lesson plans and teaching materials
- Administer and mark tests and assessments
- Evaluate and report on students' progress
- Contribute to program and curriculum development
- Liaise with academic partners for simulation opportunities
- Create and maintain online course materials using OWL Brightspace
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Applied Linguistics, Curriculum Studies, Professional Education or related field
Experience
3 years
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of adult learning and ESL/EAP principles
- Familiarity with learning evaluation methods
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with instructional design methods
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in academic English communication
- Ability to summarize and disseminate information
- Ability to adapt teaching methods creatively
- Emotional intelligence
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills

Required Certifications
