Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews to collect/update personal data on applicants and clients
- Assist clients in obtaining documentation
- Review and analyze forms, applications, documents for eligibility determinations
- Use mainframe computer systems to access, create, edit, print, send, retrieve or manipulate data
- Provide information on assistance programs and make referrals
- Plan, evaluate, guide and coach staff
- Conduct fraud investigations
- Review and analyze error-prone and complex cases
- Provide training to other staff
- Maintain accurate case records
- Make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with others on work-related activities
