Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic clinical counselling services
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Maintain patient/resident records
• Contribute to discharge planning process
• Provide consultative services regarding community resources
• Contribute to clinical care team conferences
• Support understanding of legislative processes
• Develop and deliver in-services and presentations
• Participate in local committees
• Facilitate group meetings
• Maintain knowledge of Social Work developments
• Develop research protocols
• Provide teaching and supervision to social work students

Requirements

Education

Masters in Social Work from an accredited university

Experience

One year of recent related experience in a designated program area
