Executive Director, Literacy Curriculum, Elementary

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to vision and strategy for preK-5 programs
• Define vision for preK-5 core products
• Incorporate feedback from researchers, academics, and market experts
• Partner with Research & Measurement team
• Lead content alignment with suite-wide and product specific vision
• Set content direction for core offerings in English and Spanish
• Ensure cohesiveness of pedagogy and content development
• Align content with DEIA commitment and Editorial guidelines
• Deliver high quality content on time and within budget
• Develop instructional models and oversee text selection
• Collaborate with other literacy leads for consistency
• Champion elementary literacy products
• Support partner teams with product information
• Oversee pedagogical responses to RFPs
• Manage and develop team members
• Collaborate with other Product functions

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in education or related field

Experience

8+ years of experience in K-12 education space
