Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive organisation's overall Learning and Development Strategies
- Develop the University's Total Learning Plan
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify strategic learning focus
- Partner and guide internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
- Anticipate latest trends to pivot learning objectives
- Review and formulate policies and processes related to L&D
- Develop success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes
- Lead team in charting the organisation development strategic roadmap
- Drive and implement change interventions
- Drive Employee Engagement Survey
- Provide leadership and guidance on talent management frameworks
- Grow talent within the organization
- Provide consultative support to function leaders and HRBPs
- Partner senior business leaders in talent strategy execution
- Curate and implement Talent Management programmes
- Administer talent programmes from selection to engagement
- Oversee the development of talents
- Lead talent and succession planning approach
- Increase readiness and success rate of succession candidates
Requirements
Education
Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or relevant field
Experience
10 - 15 years of experience in Human Resources function

- Proven success at the helm of the L&D function
- Strong track record in designing and driving change

- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in organizational learning
