- Sell-Out analysis and recommendations
- Define product vision, strategy, and growth plan
- Define launch calendar
- Launch dimensioning, price positioning, financial equation
- Revenue Growth Management
- Ensure strong marketing plan with 360 approach
- Roll out tailor-made media strategy
- Drive and implement 360 implementation projects
- Budget responsibility for production costs
- Own brand identity/DNA
- Guardian of product/axe/brand expression on- & offline
