Digital Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, continuous delivery and outcome-driven decision-making
Guide sustainable cadence in product development
Bring agility into product discovery and hypothesis validation thinking (e.g Lean UX)
Learning from data and take decision from it
Support collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholders
Remove impediments for continuous flow and improvement

Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field

Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders

Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning
Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
Comfortable promoting a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
Understanding of technology stack and ability to guide team on best practices for tool selection, integration, and usage
Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in highly regulated industries
English language proficiency
