Key Responsibilities

• Research existing methods for generating optimal designs using generative AI
• Derive and implement methods to harness the power of generative AI within multidisciplinary design optimization
• Evaluate performance across several benchmark problems
• Support the virtualization of overall vehicle development

Requirements

Education

Ongoing master's degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science or similar

Required Skills

• Strong theoretical knowledge in mathematical optimization and generative AI
• Practical experience in software development with Python
• Ideally knowledge in automotive development
• Very good English or German language skills
• Independent and structured way of working with a high level of self-motivation
