Master Planner (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate 5 year plan to support Product life cycle management or credible growth plan
• Develop inventory strategies in alignment with Supply Chain and Sales
• Translate demand requirements and supply capability into time phased aggregate finished goods supply and inventory plan
• Evaluate 4-24 month materials plan considering supplier capabilities and constraints
• Perform resource requirements planning (RRP) for mid-long term capacity plans
• Create scenario plans for upside and downside planning cases
• Escalate issues to leadership for visibility and reconciliation
• Champion supply planning metrics and communicate impact to S&OP community
• Lead continuous improvement of aggregate supply planning processes
• Provide planning guidance to Distribution Planner and Master and Asset schedulers

Requirements

Education

BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, business, or technical field

Experience

5 years relevant experience OR 10 years proven experience in related fields

• Expertise in Sales & Operations Planning processes
• Scenario planning skills
• ERP functionality knowledge
• Deep understanding of inventory management & strategies
• Knowledge of asset reliability and productivity
• Problem-solving and solution implementation abilities
