Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the administration and delivery of compensation programs
  • Participate in the annual global compensation salary survey process
  • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing
  • Respond to compensation inquiries
  • Support the development of salary increase proposals and promotions
  • Assist with research and analysis of compensation and reward programs
  • Ensure compensation practices are in compliance with regulations
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking
  • Provide support in the administration of salary planning, merit planning, and incentive programs
  • Approve job/compensation-related actions in Workday
  • Prepare compensation reporting and analyses
  • Assist and support compensation-related projects, processes, and audits

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field

Experience

0 to 2 years

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical skills
