Sr Analyst, Health Care QM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite visits with Virginia provider groups
• Deliver gap in care reports
• Work with provider offices to get members scheduled and close gaps
• Streamline/simplify by providing direct communication between providers and Quality
• Provide direct access for providers to speak with expert
• Explain details around performance measures, current performance rates, and provide resources to improve performance
• Abstract medical records year-round

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Experience

3+ years managed care experience, 5+ years quality experience, 3+ years HEDIS or NCQA experience
