Education Agency Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all brands under the company's division
• Develop product positioning and messaging for Differentiation in Singapore market
• Develop a marketing strategy over the medium term throughout the year and long term
• Act as a bridge between divisions to hands-on formulate strategies, coordinate and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns within the market
• Understand the needs of the direct of Singapore, Mainland PRC, Hong Kong, Taiwan branches business and watch competition landscape and support the channels with the appropriate point-of-sales-materials (POSMs) in a timely manner
• Monitor competitors' activities closely, and in doing so provide effective countermeasures to maintain profitability
• Manage the advertising and promotions budget with General Manager
• Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide alternatives and/or make adjustments where necessary to achieve / maintain a high return of investment (ROI)
• Collaboration product planning
• Works closely with external agencies and partners to derive and execute marketing strategies and plans
• Recruit students from Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Korean for schools and hostel
• Expand and maintain promotion channels, media, etc. to establish long-term good strategic cooperation
• Proficient in the operation of the latest mainstream media channels, students and parents pay attention to the delivery point; (the promotion of various channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Google, WeChat and offline, etc., and is responsible for the entire process of the final conversion rate)
