Key Responsibilities
- Plan local campaigns and define contact plan
- Use contact and forecast plan to ensure proper resource allocation
- Provide analysis and prepare customer-specific data
- Derive actionable insights for stakeholders
- Monitor campaign performance and identify improvement measures
- Ensure data-driven approach by checking KPIs against forecasts
- Analyze database KPIs and perform advanced analysis for CRM insights
- Ensure proper target and control group allocation
- Identify opportunities for leveraging company data
- Develop new customer segmentation approaches and models
- Optimize forecasting and campaign efficiency through advanced modeling
Requirements
Education
Degree in economics, business or communication sciences, or comparable education
Experience
2-3 years
Required Skills
- CRM / campaign management
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with campaign management tools (e.g. Adobe Marketing Cloud)
- English language proficiency
- German language proficiency
