Superintendent Dredging/Reclamation Works

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational planning of dredging process
• Supervise day-to-day organisation of assigned dredging works
• Manage production in all aspects (planning, productivity, quality, people, innovation, environment)
• Motivate and encourage team to achieve maximum productivity
• Follow up production to finish project with high quality standards, on time, and optimized cost
• Seek optimal solutions for technical problems with Captain, Technical Superintendent, and Production Department
• Organize logistics for personnel and equipment
• Organize work respecting safety and environmental rules
• Report daily to Project Management on site and head office

Requirements

Education

Higher degree / master in Engineering at a recognized university

• Strong planning and organizing capabilities
• Ability and desire to learn about dredging
• High level of flexibility
• Sense of priorities
• Good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Willingness to work worldwide in a rotation system
