Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage research projects within R&D Silicones team
• Research and develop new and existing silicone-based polymers and emulsions
• Propose solutions to technical challenges
• Interpret project requirements
• Determine experimental approach
• Conduct physical and chemical tests
• Collect, analyze, and report results
• Monitor costs, safety, and regulatory aspects
• Assist in technical implementation of new products into manufacturing
• Identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, method development, products, and technology
• Perform hands-on research in the lab (70% of time)
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements

Education

PhD or equivalent in (organic) chemistry or material sciences, or Master's degree with 2+ years experience
