Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee group training or one-to-many events
- Build readiness plans for peers
- Monitor, respond to, and act as a thought leader on tech community posts
- Apply and adapt sales methodologies to guide customers through digital transformation
- Adapt and extend architecture patterns across technologies/solution areas
- Apply, customize, and guide colleagues to use existing demonstration assets
- Lead complex technical wins
- Identify and engage with customer technical decision makers
- Leverage knowledge of resources and engage product and support teams
- Scale wins through partner in a sell-with environment
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration
Required Skills
- Fluency in French
- Fluency in English
- Technology-related sales or technical sales experience
- Expert understanding of CRM applications
- Broad understanding of commercial cloud offerings
- Relationship building with C-Suite
- Organizational agility
