Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and drive network performance
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, best practices, and weaknesses
- Provide ad-hoc support to countries requiring performance improvement
- Conduct root cause analysis of underperformance
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions
- Conduct on-field visits for closer collaboration with country teams
- Anticipate and understand performance trends across countries
- Participate in transformative network projects
- Engage in transverse activities such as client tenders, ESG deep dives, and cost deep dives
