VIE Operations Controller – Cuba

Key Responsibilities

• Financial follow up of HCI's operations
• Consolidation of industrial data (costs, stock, maturing, handling costs)
• Providing analysis and rationalizations for budgeting and reporting processes
• Preparation of main operation/finance meetings
• Product costing computation
• Analyses of actual costs and variances vs. budget
• Monitoring of maturing inventories
• Monitoring of dry goods, bulk and finished goods inventories
• Finance stakeholder for business cases related to operations topics
• Lead Operations performance KPIs reporting
• Lead presentations to Pernod Ricard Headquarters team

Requirements

Education

Master's degree from an accredited university/school

Experience

First experience as business analyst with exposure to reporting process
