Specialist Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cell culture media and buffers in a process development laboratory
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to maintain stock of consumables and equipment
• Conduct regular inventory of laboratory consumables
• Ensure regular cleaning, metrology and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Support other teams in buffer preparation and laboratory maintenance
• Provide ad hoc support to cross-functional teams for P&PD laboratory work
• Assist analytics teams in performing analysis as needed
• Provide autoclave service and assembly of bioreactors as required
• Write and review P&PD documentation
• Support EHS management and P&PD laboratory activities

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree with +~10 years experience or Master's degree with ~3 to 5 years experience

Experience

3-10 years depending on education level
