Senior Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop procurement strategies
- Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors
- Review existing contracts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Approve purchase orders
- Perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
- Control procurement budget
- Prepare procurement reports
- Lead a team to manage Procurement transactions
- Provide Procurement advice to internal customers
- Prepare Requests for Proposal/Invitation to bid documents
- Prepare and present relevant reports
- Adapt standard form of contracts
- Monitor procurement process
- Provide guidance to team members
- Comply with organizational forms and processes
- Assist in transforming manual system to automated system
- Provide guidance on SAP use and functionalities
- Communicate with SAP team
- Provide service interface between customers and Procurement department
- Negotiate with external vendors
Requirements
Education
Degree in Building / Civil Engineering
Experience
8-10 years in a Procurement role, 3+ years in managerial role
