Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale projects
• Manage project portfolios
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic alignment
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships

• Ensure compliance with local business practices and regulations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred

Experience

10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
