Site Manager – Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and manage day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders, engineers and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
• Resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables align with client expectations
• Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management and clients

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

8+ years

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
• Proven track record in managing construction projects
