Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all enquiries professionally and personally
  • Offer suitable room types and curate experiences based on guest preferences
  • Answer internal/external calls as per Brand standard and FORBES
  • Know and describe booking terms and policies for various packages
  • Process reservations requests with quality and update relevant departments
  • Handle modification or cancellation enquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and regular bookers
  • Perform quality checks on arrivals and reservations
  • Upsell higher room types
  • Review no-shows and late cancellations
  • Handle incoming emails promptly
  • Provide accurate information about promotions and offerings
  • Record keeping of reservations correspondence
  • Follow-up on prepayments
  • Resolve guest issues and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with commercial team and participate in business meetings
  • Handle group reservations (if applicable)
  • Understand and process package elements and distributions
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Communicate with Reservations Manager about challenges and initiatives

Requirements

Education

Tertiary qualifications or collegiate-level degree preferred
