Master Data Specialist – Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update maintenance master data
• Guarantee compliant and accurate data as per technical specifications and standards
• Ensure critical technical system documentation is up-to-date and compliant
• Adhere to Trespa's safety, health, and environment principles
• Generate ideas and develop project initiatives (short- and long-term)
• Lead medium-complexity projects, from preparing specifications to evaluating results
• Act as a team member on major projects and report progress to the Manager MDM
• Develop and manage manuals, technical documentation, and the MDM knowledge base
• Ensure changes in technical systems are updated in the Technical Construction Dossier
• Initiate and lead data and process improvement initiatives
• Conduct analyses of existing maintenance master data to clean up and optimize records

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Technical Education (e.g., HBO Mechanical Engineering)

Experience

3-8 years
