Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint retrospectives, team-based release planning)
- Ensure all artefacts are maintained and meet standards
- Facilitate estimation of delivery effort to drive prioritisation planning
- Remove team impediments
- Continual refinement and improvements to scrum and change processes
- Champion Agile/Scrum practices
- Measure progress and monitor performance of squads
- Effective backlog management
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and Product Owners
- Demonstrate project management experience
- Assist in planning deliverables
- Supervise team performance
Requirements
Education
Third level degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Experience
4+ years

- Scrum Master experience
- Technical solution delivery
- Continuous software delivery
- Management in complex business environment
- Leading and influencing non-direct reports
- Managing multiple 3rd party suppliers
- Facilitating team learning
- Understanding of IT Industry standard Agile methodology
- Experience with Agile governance and operating models
- Stakeholder management
