Assistant Psychologist

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to psychological and positive behaviour support interventions
• Carry out systematic observations and functional assessments
• Record, monitor and evaluate interventions and training programmes
• Contribute to evidence-based clinical formulations
• Assist with staff and service-user training programmes
• Conduct research literature reviews
• Assist with research and evaluation projects

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at 2.1 level or above from a PSI-accredited Psychology course

Required Skills

• Strong IT skills
• Research and evaluation skills
• Experience and interest in supporting adults with moderate, severe or profound Intellectual Disability
• Full, clean Driver's License
