Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish standards for supply chain, product fulfillment, and delivery
- Performing process analysis, design and improvement initiatives
- Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders
- Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network
- Analyze and solve operational barriers with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
- Lead a team, cross-functional programs and projects related to under-the-roof process analysis, standardization and improvement
- Oversee Learning & Development across Fresh, Amazon.sg FC / External Fulfillment and Delivery
- Responsible for local initiatives as well as prioritization, planning and execution of global tech features and process rollouts in Singapore
- Work closely with field teams (FC, DS), supply chain, engineering, procurement
- Be the Singapore Ops interface for new initiatives as well as worldwide Operations Integration and ACES programs
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Experience
8+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- Tools and methodologies to design, dissect and improve processes (e.g. Six Sigma)
