Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operational strategy and planning
• Oversee project delivery and quality assurance
• Monitor and achieve KPIs
• Stakeholder communication and expectation management
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Develop and implement operational strategies
• Manage end to end delivery of projects
• Track and report on key performance indicators
• Ensure clear communication and manage expectations
• Setup and execute operational strategy
• Ensure quality and timeliness of project deliveries
• Achieve defined key performance indicators
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

Education

University degree in Engineering or equivalent

Experience

15 plus years of proven relevant experience
