LCV End Item and Ordering System Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to CCL Coordinator, Product Planning, and Marketing Managers for Nissan LCV Line-Up management
- Develop proposals for Line-Up simplification, harmonization, and optimization
- Monitor LCV product planning milestones and implement feature updates in Nissan systems
- Support implementation and management of Nissan Line-Up content in Renault systems
- Assist with LCV business projects requiring End Item and Spec management expertise
- Collaborate with LCV CCL Coordinator as key contacts for HQ and Regional Business Units
- Assist RBUs in End Item creation process within Nissan's ASIS system
- Deliver training sessions on End Item creation process
- Coordinate with RBUs, Sales Planning & Distribution, and Supply Chain Management teams for order processing and S&OP activities
- Ensure efficient execution of End Item ordering and forecasting submissions
- Support establishment of communication process for product updates and key milestones
- Assist in implementing 'rejection rate' tracker to minimize order rejections
Requirements
Education
Bachelor or master degree (BAC+3/+5)
Experience
Up to 2 years of experience in Automotive Business
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Experience or interest in production planning, logistics, and vehicle specifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Mastery of Excel
- High attention to detail
- Project and product management experience (plus)
