Key Responsibilities
- Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals
- Listen to conversations with customers and align objectives with Microsoft portfolio
- Align with account team to link Customer Success Plans with account plan priorities
- Support delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews
- Prioritize engagements and engage with key technical stakeholders
- Initiate conversations to connect customer objectives with Microsoft portfolio
- Track adoption and usage of Microsoft products and services
- Identify areas where adoption could be improved and drive usage
- Develop understanding of retention and churn in customer portfolio
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field
