Head of Customer Supply Management

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic customer projects that coordinate activities across business units and functions to fulfill customer requirements
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across diverse business units, functions, and regions
• Collaborate closely with Key Account teams, Supply Chain and Customer Fulfillment teams
• Promote consistent supply strategies across Semiconductor businesses
• Oversee customer expansion, ramp-up, and supply risks for strategic customers
• Serve as the escalation point for extraordinary supply risks affecting strategic customers
• Drive tool-supported data analysis to identify patterns and systemic issues
• Enhance the development of customer supply management capabilities

Requirements

Education

MBA or master's degree in business, Supply Chain, or relevant certification

Experience

5+ years
