Senior/Research Assistant (IGA)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of study and administrative protocols
• Submit ethics review/replies to query
• Monitor and ensure compliance to human biomedical research
• Coordinate study-related meetings and training sessions
• Engage with and manage stakeholders for research outreach
• Recruit and screen study participants
• Administer informed consent
• Perform clinical assessments and follow-up visits
• Maintain investigator file, study master list, logs and related documents
• Ensure compliance of study progression
• Manage data and perform data cleaning
• Assist with data analysis
• Participate in regular research meetings
• Support ad-hoc projects and events

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in nursing, sciences or allied health disciplines

Experience

Experience in research is preferred

Required Skills

• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to converse in English, Mandarin and local dialects
• Able to work as a team
• Knowledge of MS office applications
• Knowledge of statistical software is preferred
