Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee internal mobility
  • Ensure integrity and fairness of internal mobility process
  • Coordinate mobility activities
  • Challenge and develop managers in their role as manager-coach
  • Manage people reviews
  • Develop talent pools
  • Assist managers in creating individual training plans
  • Assess employee potential for HP programs
  • Support managers on organizational issues and psychosocial risks
  • Verify employee skill sets match organizational needs
  • Implement HR policies
  • Coordinate and roll out campaigns (Trading Graduate Recruitment, TotalEnergies Survey, Annual Individual Review)
  • Maintain HR4U system data
  • Provide dashboards, KPIs, and reports

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business-related fields
