Key Responsibilities
- Define employee development goals and lead appropriate actions
- Conduct career assessments
- Define objectives for professional development
- Assist with job changes (analyze postings, help build resumes, coach on interviewing)
- Oversee internal mobility
- Ensure integrity and fairness of internal mobility process
- Coordinate mobility activities
- Challenge and develop managers in their role as manager-coach
- Manage people reviews
- Develop talent pools
- Assist managers in creating individual training plans
- Assess employee potential for HP programs
- Support managers on organizational issues and psychosocial risks
- Verify employee skill sets match organizational needs
- Implement HR policies
- Coordinate and roll out campaigns (Trading Graduate Recruitment, TotalEnergies Survey, Annual Individual Review)
- Maintain HR4U system data
- Provide dashboards, KPIs, and reports
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business-related fields
Experience
10 years
