Key Responsibilities

• Drive formulation development process for drug projects
• Support building development strategy
• Provide scientific support for regulatory and quality requirements
• Guide technical work across project phases
• Interface with CHC Development Center network
• Follow Agile method framework
• Deliver clear milestones at all project phases
• Lead and execute formulation development phases
• Ensure delivery of high-quality development technical dossiers
• Build development plan milestones with Performance group
• Connect with Science Hub and Growth Hub teams
• Lead prototyping activities
• Scout new technologies and ingredients
• Represent Compiègne Development Center at global project teams

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Life Sciences

5+ years
