Field Clinical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of clinical trials at Science and in clinical sites
• Train and provide technical support for device tuning and re-education at clinical sites
• Act as a liaison between R&D, physicians and healthcare professionals
• Support and monitor implantation procedures and psychophysical testing at clinical sites
• Manage data entry as well as documentation of deviations and adverse events
• Advise on the design of clinical protocols, CRFs, and Patient Informed Consent Form
• Participate in the preparation of clinical protocols, analysis and reports
• Provision of documents to support Regulatory Submissions, and supervision regulatory submission
• Assist sales after approval of the devices

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Engineering or Medical Science

Required Skills

• Excellent technical understanding
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German
• Ability to work flexible hours and locations
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
