Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Managing a team of 5 (4 in France + 1 in the US) experienced Project Managers in drone shows
- Training and Monitoring: Training and overseeing the team, recruiting when necessary
- Site Visits and Technical Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the technical feasibility of the site
- Monitoring Timelines and Budgets: Oversee the planning and budget for each operation
- Coaching Project Managers: Provide guidance on project management and client relations
- Resource Allocation: Allocate internal and external resources for event execution
- Sourcing Partners and External Providers: Source, contract and collaborate with external partners and service providers
- Technical Direction: Take charge of large-scale or strategic and sensitive projects
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team to ensure technical feasibility, human resources availability, and budget during the sales process
- Partner Training and Management: Research, integrate, train, and manage partners in drone show operations and related fields
- Process Improvement: Improve processes to make event production more efficient
- Event Planning and Collaboration Tools: Manage collaboration and event planning tools (Oovizz)
- Coordination with "Resource" Teams: Work with resource teams to identify needs, allocate resources, and ensure project feasibility
