Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to constructive social dialogue
- Organize and prepare meetings with employee representatives
- Participate in drafting internal policies relating to social and labour law
- Prepare and update collective agreements
- Advise managers and the Human Resources team on individual and collective labour relations
- Manage and organize employee representative elections
- Monitor litigation management in conjunction with lawyers
- Oversee potential litigation involving employees
- Ensure that legal obligations and internal procedures are properly applied
- Monitor legal developments
- Manage occupational health: risk assessment, relations with occupational medicine, RPS prevention plan, Quality of life at work, health protocol
- Update mandatory legal documents
- Track key figures to monitor social dialogue
- Manage projects related to the scope of operations
- Reporting on health and safety issues at regional level
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in law
Experience
At least 5 years experience in labour relations
Required Skills
- Knowledge of French labour and employment law
- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
