Agile Master Produkt Vehicle Distribution (all gender)

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany interdisciplinary product teams improving and renewing applications for worldwide distribution of cars and motorcycles
• Work closely with Agile Framework Masters to achieve optimal results
• Design the interface between project and product according to the Agile Working Model (AWM)
• Ensure transparency on impediments and support their resolution with a sustainable and consistent approach
• Support other Agile Masters as an Agile Coach in their challenges and promote their further development

Requirements

Education

Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science or business administration or completed vocational training with equivalent practical experience

Experience

Extensive experience with complex IT projects and in cooperation with an IT provider

Required Skills

• Fluent German and English skills
• Experience as an Agile Master or Agile Coach in a domain or product (ideally)
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence

Required Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master
