Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional squads in delivery of technology implementation projects
- Build collaborative, supportive culture within the squad
- Develop backlog of stories & tasks with squad members and stakeholders
- Track and report daily/weekly activities, squad velocity, and sprint/release progress
- Work with other Scrum Masters to align, prioritize and enable project delivery
- Remove impediments preventing squad from completing sprint work
- Resolve team impediments to increase Scrum effectiveness
- Coach Scrum team in self-organization and effective communication
- Influence and drive decision making with internal and external stakeholders
- Mediate conflicts between squad members and product owner
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Experience
2 to 5 or more years of proven scrum/project delivery experience

Required Certifications
