Analyst, Strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional squads in delivery of technology implementation projects
• Build collaborative, supportive culture within the squad
• Develop backlog of stories & tasks with squad members and stakeholders
• Track and report daily/weekly activities, squad velocity, and sprint/release progress
• Work with other Scrum Masters to align, prioritize and enable project delivery
• Remove impediments preventing squad from completing sprint work
• Resolve team impediments to increase Scrum effectiveness
• Coach Scrum team in self-organization and effective communication
• Influence and drive decision making with internal and external stakeholders
• Mediate conflicts between squad members and product owner

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Experience

2 to 5 or more years of proven scrum/project delivery experience
