Supply Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee UK Cluster supply chain operations
• Lead SOE cycle with Integrated Supply Manager
• Assess impact of weekly feedback on purchase orders
• Share and review supply risks with stakeholders
• Supervise product lifecycle and master data planner
• Implement supply chain policies and procedures
• Research and recommend new supply planning strategies
• Attend project meetings and business review forums
• Manage team work activities
• Collaborate on sales opportunities
• Ensure effective collaboration between departments
• Evaluate capacity against forecasts
• Monitor system performance and maintain metrics
• Manage relationships with 3rd Party Logistics Provider
• Lead and develop a team of 4+ direct reports
• Ensure regulatory, SOX, and GDP compliance
• Participate in inventory strategies
• Manage product flow and optimization
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Education

University Degree or equivalent

Experience

Minimum of 6 years, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Required Skills

• Supply planning in FMCG or manufacturing
• SAP and SAP IBP (preferred)
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong communication skills
• Relationship building
