Sr. Image Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Image Services activities from study start-up through final close out
• Verify study server and external storage device
• Create and maintain study-specific Work Instructions
• Track study-specific training and user system access
• Perform periodic file reviews
• Reconcile and transfer study images at study close
• Participate in internal and sponsor meetings
• Maintain study documentation in trial master files
• Provide customer service support
• Perform quality assurance activities
• Mentor and train peers
• Participate in process development and improvement
• Support system validation efforts

Requirements

Education

College Diploma/Degree or post-secondary certificate in relevant field

Experience

1-3 years with diploma/degree OR 4-6 years with certificate
