- Develop and implement market and product strategies
- Provide volume, NS, and CM growth plans
- Identify and deliver large capital investment projects
- Define R&D priorities and develop launch plans
- Create value propositions and sales toolkits
- Identify and pursue M&A opportunities
- Drive business improvement in IBP process
- Lead PMR and segment meetings
- Develop and negotiate business deals
- Manage pricing strategies and product portfolio
- Optimize production footprint
- Coordinate global product allocations
Requirements
Education
Master's or PhD degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or Business/Economics
Experience
5-7 years in Sales & Marketing in chemical industry
