Key Responsibilities

  • Review market practice and Corporate Governance for executive remuneration
  • Propose adjustments to remuneration policies for Supervisory Board, Board of Management and Executive Committee
  • Support design of variable incentive plans
  • Advise on remuneration for hires, moves and exits
  • Ensure compliance with compensation laws and governance
  • Prepare documents and advise Remuneration Committee
  • Ensure adequate reporting in Remuneration Report

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance, Econometrics, Accounting, Rewards Management, or HR-related field

Experience

11 years with Bachelor's degree OR 9 years with Master's degree
