- Facilitate and support CTF Objectives through Project Management Tools and Processes
- Manage project scope aligned with CTF objectives
- Develop and oversee project plans and milestones
- Implement project communication plans
- Drive project valuation and budget management
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Maintain project management tools and documentation
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation
- Support CTF and CDDA operational excellence
- Partner with vendors and manage financial requirements
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree
Experience
3 years in pharmaceutical industry, drug development, and/or project management
