Lead Software Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple product development and engineering projects across sites
• Lead internal and external customers and cross-functional teams
• Set up and update projects in Oracle ERP system
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on product development
• Prepare and monitor project plans, quotes, and schedules
• Serve as primary point of escalation for projects
• Implement PMO tools and best practices
• Support commercial team in opportunity assessment
• Provide mentoring and training to Associates
• Manage up to 2-3 direct reports

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

Experience

7+ years total with 4 years in regulated product environment and 3 years project management
