Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRH's TDM systems strategy
• Manage rollout of new TDM applications and modules
• Review TDM systems usage across all plants
• Implement reporting framework for cement plant data
• Lead team of three professionals
• Prepare comprehensive reports on plant operations
• Collaborate with plant management teams
• Identify opportunities to enhance TDM applications
• Support plant teams with TDM systems training

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree

Experience

10 years minimum in cement manufacturing
