Key Responsibilities

• Consulting and coaching national/international professionals and executives on HR and labor law matters
• Managing employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Collaborating with works councils and employee representatives
• Preparing and negotiating work agreements
• Monitoring legal and regulatory changes
• Conducting employee performance reviews
• Contributing to HR process development and optimization
• Providing HR expertise and research

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in HR management or labor law

Experience

5+ years in similar position
