Key Responsibilities
- Serve as team or site leader providing direction to other technicians
- Assist with resource/task scheduling and resource management
- Troubleshoot and resolve client escalations
- Support roll-out of new, enhanced or upgraded products
- Provide technical advice as subject matter expert
- Provide technical training and improvement programs
- Engage with dissatisfied clients to resolve issues
- Monitor equipment, system and network performance
- Develop and recommend improvements to frontline solution processes
